For Missionaries and Ministers Only

Burnout Prevention

As the pressures mount and we get tired, burnout is often not far away. There is much confusion surrounding the idea of burnout that keeps ministers from getting the help they need. You don’t have to do it alone. We have experienced burnout and have developed tactics to stop it in it’s tracks before it’s too late. We are here to help.

Debrief

Before you head home on break/furlough, you should find someone to debrief with. This is simply talking through your recent history in ministry with someone who asks good questions and helps you process the challenges and victories. Don’t neglect this very important event.

Marriage Counseling

I know, a good minister doesn’t need marriage counseling. Find me a “good” minister and I’ll agree. The ministry tends to shine a bright spotlight on our weaknesses and our marriages are often the first to get hit. Get the help you need before it’s too late. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. We have helped many couples through dark days until they could see the light.

Team Problems

If it wasn’t for the people we were working with or for, life would be so simple. Everyone struggles with team dynamics. If you feel you don’t struggle, perhaps you are the problem. But, seriously, we are here to help sort through those difficult team dynamics. With a few tools and time to listen carefully, we feel confident a solution is just around the corner.

Leadership Development

With 20 plus years in ministry and in business, we have learned a few things about leadership. If we were honest we would say we have probably learned mostly what not to do. However, that only leaves us with the things that are helpful. Feeling stuck? We can help.

About Us

In missions ministry since 1996, we have ministered in Papua New Guinea assisting tribal church planting, in Haiti and Dominican Republic leading teams doing water filter ministry, in Guatemala leading teams assisting local churches in outreach and now in Germany since 2017 working closely with missionaries to prevent burnout. We are now serving as leadership in a local church and pastoring a new church plant in Potsdam. We both have a BA in Multicultural Ministry and Franz an MA in Christian Counseling.

Possible Solutions

  1. We meet through Zoom

  2. You come to us (We are located in Berlin, Germany)

  3. We come to you (We also minister to groups including mission teams, churches, etc…)

Costs

We offer this ministry to you at zero profit to us. However, we may ask you to help offset the costs we incur through expenses. All this can be discussed ahead of time.

intimate setting

We operate a small ministry not connected or affiliated with any large mission organizations. We prefer to remain this way so we can be nimble and meet needs without all the red tape.
